What type of security have you implemented?
The web server is configured with 128-bit SSL encryption though HTTP. This is the most secure web access available at this time.

How do I access the secure part of the web site?
To enter the secure area of our web site, you will need a user name and password. IPS-Sendero client services can provide you with this. The passwords are generated by our system in order to meet the secure password requirements.

What is the maximum file size that may be transferred to your website?
This depends on your Internet connection speed. If you are connecting with a 28.8K modem, you can expect a much smaller file size than if you had a 128K DSL connection. The upload transfer web page has a timeout of eight hours.

Can I use my password rather than one generated by the system?
No, due to security issues related to guessing your password. The passwords have been generated to meet the highest level of complexity in order to prevent password guessing.

I can't remember my password! What do I do?
Call IPS-Sendero client services. They can provide you with this.
