Dave Ulrich
President

Mr. Ulrich joined the company in 1995 as senior vice president of sales, marketing and global alliances, bringing more than 20 years of financial industry sales and sales management experience to the organization.  He was named IPS-Sendero’s president in March 2001, and during his tenure as president, the company has consistently been recognized for its business performance and innovation by its corporate parent, Fiserv.  Prior to joining IPS-Sendero, Ulrich gained valuable banking industry experience during his 11-year tenure at Citicorp Information Resources (CIR), another Fiserv business unit. Before joining CIR, Ulrich spent five years with Unisys Corporation.

Paulette Reid
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Reid joined the company in 1998 as senior vice president of operations, and was later named executive vice president and chief operating officer in February 2001.  She manages accounting, office services, technical services, client services, client relationship management, human resources, advisory services and training for all U.S. locations.  Prior to joining IPS-Sendero, Reid was senior vice president of operations for State Savings Bank, a three billion dollar institution headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.  During her 24-year tenure, Reid managed the bank’s information systems group and credit card services, in addition to its electronic banking, call center and checking account/deposit services operations.

Danny Baker
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Baker joined the company in 2002 as senior vice president and chief technology officer, bringing 21 years of combined banking and global technology experience.  He has served as a controller and vice president of information services of a Dallas-Fort Worth bank, vice president of technology services at the Fiserv CBS division, senior vice president and director of market & application systems of Harland/Formation Technologies.  Prior to joining IPS-Sendero, Baker was senior vice president of global research and development of London Bridge/Phoenix International.

Dan Alf
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Alf joined IPS-Sendero in 2008, bringing 20 years of finance, accounting and operations management experience predominantly in the financial services industry. Before joining the company, Alf most recently served in a senior financial management role with Fidelity National Information Services, with group accounting and finance responsibility that included core banking, internet banking and bill pay products. Previously, he was a senior vice president and managing director for Fiserv CBS, where his focus included finance, sales, professional services and customer support.
